Has anyone dealt with this new realor office on Franklin St.? It's called My Space NYC, Corp.

I was just Googling these guys and can't find anything about them. In fact your post was the only mention of them I could find. I live a few blocks away and am about to look for a new apartment in the neighborhood. They sure would be convenient but I'd like to know something about them before I trust them. Last time I used Rapid without knowing anything about them and ended up in a "gem" of an apartment with a really "winner" of a landlord. Actually, can anyone recommend a decent realtor around here? That would be helpful!

Subject: My Space Realty

I have dealt with 3 real estate companies. My space realty by far being the worst. They are disorganized, slow, and the lady handling the accounts is rude. The process takes extra long compared to the others and they have other forms that seem useless. They seem to not have it all together yet. hopefully they improve.

Wow, Talk about customer services. This is the best real estate NO FEE RENTAL I love my agent. and most of all the woman who deal with the folder. she got everything sorted and in no time I was signing the lease.
