Hi guys.,.....spent the day on Staten Island with my girlfriend....did some shopping, had lunch and best of all we had lots of laughs. I went to the Christmas Tree Shop......I loved it. I bought this huge flower put that looks like a teacup!!!!
Jeanette.....try cleaning the CD with a soft cloth, sometimes that helps.
Helen........go for a walk to clear your head.
Warren......you got me in the mood for soppersata!!!! lol
Anna.......did you stop smoking yet???
Patsy......keep up the good work....you and Jeanette with the smoking.....or should I say non-smoking!!! -
Judy........how is mom doing??? For some reason today I kept thinking about your daughter's little dog. Vienna right?

Anthony - Good for you....great news with all your test results....keep up the good work.
I got my blood results back, everything is good, except my sugar was a little high...I wonder if eating my sugar donut every morning has anything to do with it...lol lol
Debbie - I can't believe you were thinking about my little baby Vienna...she just left Tuesday night, she was with me for two weeks....I love her to death....
Terry and Patsy - We are thinking about you...
Well I have some good news for a change, I just found out that my niece, Elizabeth (Laura's daughter) just made LaGuardia High School of Music and Performing Arts (the "fame" school) She tried out in December and just found out that she made it....she is so happy, I am so proud of her, she sings like an angel...and tomorrow is her birthday, what a great birthday present!!!!!
Helen - Please hang in there.....I guess its time for you to make some changes in your life...I know its not easy, but you will be much happier..Good Luck in whatever you decide to do.
Hi Jeanette....I bet your glad you finally have your car back.....good job with the smoking or should I say not smoking!!!!! Boy you have some will power.

non smoking,.......i love christmas store,i buy things i really dont need....then give it to my kids.....lol

Jeanette - I know , I have to really stop with the sugar donuts..I have to lose so much weight, I don't know how to begin.
They say we may be getting 8 to 15 inches of snow in Central NJ.....I went to Shoprite after work to pick up a few things, you would not believe what a mad house....but the odd thing as I was looking in everyone's wagon all they had was, potato chips, candy, ice cream and milk and bread....WTF!!!!!! Will they really die without all those goodies....LOL LOL LOL -

me too judy i have so much weight to lose also, and my sugar,i have to monitor my sugar every day. and its been higher, lately i been craving sweets. since i stopped smoking....you cant win...lol......im jealous of anthony losing so much weight.

Hi Everyone-Congrats Patsy and your husband for "not smoking" keep up the good work! Debbie-I used to smoke 2 packs a day for 9 years-then when I was pregnant with my son (32 years ago) I woke up one morning and threw out the cigarettes and haven't touched them since....nasty, smelly habit....Jeannette, you've been great with not smoking too!! Look at all this will power! .I'm getting some snow tomorrow too..maybe about 2 inches or so-nothing big but Monday night into Tuesday there's going to be a big storm here...I can't wait for the spring!!!!! I'm so sick of this grey, depressing weather! Great news Judy about your niece-you should be so proud....Helen-listen to Patsy-what she says is true...do what's best for you...It's not easy to make changes, but sometimes it's for the best...Anthony-congrats on your test results!! you must be doing something right....talk to you tomorrow........good night.......

Waiting for the snow - now they're saying 6-12 the further south - soooo, where's Staten Island - further south. Ugh. I hope my (not-so-little-anymore) friend Sal shows up tomorrow to help me shovel. He's been coming since I moved in - he's a sophomore in college now!
Anthony - great news on the weight loss front!! Keep it up my friend!! I want you know what you lost, I gained. Judy, I agree- I have so much weight to loose and don't know where to start. I know I won't keep up if I join Weight Watchers and I can't afford Jenny Craig. A friend is on it and it costs her more than $200 a week in food. I don't eat $200 worth food in a month.

IF ANYONE IS SERIOUS ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT, THE BEST THING TO DO IS KEEP A FOOD JOURNAL AND COUNT CALORIES. YOU DON'T NEED TO GIVE UP EVERYTHING BUT JUST EAT LESS. FOR EXAMPLE, IN THE AFTERNOON, INSTEAD OF EATING COOKIES AND M&M'S LIKE I USED TO, I SWITCHED TO CRACKERS.
