Anthony that was great. You got almost all of them. I realize that every generation has their own music and the powers to be know the age of the audience attending the games. Of course there is always an overflow whereby the same generation likes 2 or 3 types of music. When I danced the lindy and even the charleston I am sure some older folks thought I was nuts. Of course some people think I am still nuts. My overflow would extend into the Beatles, Beach Boys, Jan & Dean and all the Doo-op groups. Of course theres Sinatra,Crosby and some Senior Citizen named Tony Bennet who just knocked them dead in a theater not to far from here. As the old saying goes TO EACH HIS OR HER OWN!!! :-({|=

Years ago all the big Hotels in NY had a big band or at least a trio. I saw Vincent Lopez I believe it was in the Hotel Taft. I also saw Guy Lombardo in the Roosevelt Grill. Lombardo came to each table and introduced himself. My date was very impressed when he came to our table but then she saw that he went to every table and realized we weren't so specal after all. Guy's brother Carmen lead the orchestra while Guy made the rounds. I see you had Bette Midler with Boogie Woogie Bugler Boy. The original (as I am sure you know),was by the Andrew Sisters. I belonged to a group that ran a vaudville type show every year. One year myself and two of my friends dressed the part and lip synched "Rum & Cocoa Cola" by the Andrew sisters. Thank goodness the place had dressing rooms or we would have come and gone home in Dresses and wigs and high heels!!!

Hi guys,
Just trying to get my act together. Having a hard time but I will do it. Thanks Deb for thinking of me.Once the nice weather comes I will get out and be busy. It is one week today I lost my friend. Soooooooo i am taking this so hard but I did go out yesterday and had fun. Just venting not trying to make anyone sad. Just know i am here and reading and thinking of you all. I have been on facebook playing some games to keep my mind busy. Patsy I never got to see the Bachelor from last week and I taped it, will watch tonight. NOT A GREAT PHOTO OF MARIE BUT JUST WANTED TO POST IT .

Hi Patsy-wow-seems you really "kicked the habit"...I'm proud of you.....good job!I'm just going to take a vacation day if I can't get to work with all the snow coming (it's snowing outside now) Government buildings are always open (even in snowstorms here). Helen-hang in there....Terry...still thinking of you-Marie looked like such a nice beautiful person...Karen-Hawaii is a nice place to be...a few years ago, my son took me there for a 5 day vacation...it was paradise...Hi Suzie and Debbie....good night everyone...talk to u tomorrow...
