Yoga at Irondale?

Has anyone been to the Tuesday night yoga classes at the Irondale center in Fort Greene? Are they good? Hard? Would love any info, trying to decide if it's worth the money.

    Hi Jackson,

    I haven't tried the Irondale classes and I apologize in advance if self-promotion is not to your taste, but I have a small studio in the neighborhood where I teach some of the best yoga classes in town and they are super small (5 max) and super affordable ($15, or free this Thursday and Friday). The website is http://www.forceandflow.com, the studio is on Dean St. between Franklin and Bedford, and you can find plenty of reviews online so that you don't have to take my word alone for the quality of classes : )
