Police on Classon btw Willoughby Myrtle??

Anyone know what's going on? I live @ classon & myrtle, and coming home tonight there's a ton of police (6+ cars, dozen officers), and most of the block taped off.

  A "rmp" is a radio motor patrol unit. Another words, a police car.
