Can someone else post this link? Before we bemoan the loss of local shops in our neighborhood-do something. Be proactive. Make a point of supporting small shops, and keep our streets safe and interesting.
P.S. Dizzy's does not suck. L[/url]

  • This is one of the threads I read. I think many of these stores would do well with a little bit of constructive criticism. After passing by Tony's, on 7th Ave near 7th, I had this epiphany. I don't want them to go out of business even if I've never been there! He should take down the neon pink signs and accept help from us; local and underemployed designers, artists, etc..Even the shisha place, which is hideous is better than nothing being there. Let's get a crew together and flip those shops:)
    just a thought...
nice to meet everyone last night.
