Why is Dizzy's always packed? (9th street and 8th avenue)

I haven't been in ages but recall my in general beef being they were overpriced for a diner. $7-$8 or so for 3 pancakes for example. If the neighborhood supports it, there's no problem with it. Just not sticking my money there.

Ugh. Dizzy's: They need to CLEAN and PAINT that place-- WTF? Don't people expect cleanliness anymore? I thought food was ok-- but then the place is just tattered looking

Did anyone else notice the goofy "Point Blank"-themed art work in there? There is a picture of Keane Reeves and Lori Petty that gives me the giggles every time I see it.
