And on the other hand, some just subscribe to everything.

It's a good thing that facts, therapy, and -if warranted- medications are available to help. I am pleased to report that I am rapidly concluding that my prior belief that I was anally probed by aliens while in college, might be better attributed to a combination of factors.
Notably, a lack of fiber and an excessive amount of alcohol during my college years. Just a theory of course. -
Again, I never wrote that I opposed all vaccines.
I provided conflicting information that proves that vaccines are not "fool proof" ways of avoiding viruses and in many circumstances causes debilitating illnesses.
"Read why we oppose some vaccinations at:

You bypassed all of that absolutely credible info and resorted to pathetic, made up, personal attacks.
PATHETIC
Here are some other facts for you brilliant people out there:
• In 1977, Dr Jonas Salk who developed the first polio vaccine, testified along with other scientists, that mass inoculation against polio was the cause of most polio cases throughout the USA since 1961. (Science 4/4/77 "Abstracts" )
• In the USA, the cost of a single DPT shot had risen from 11 cents in 1982 to $11.40 in 1987. The manufacturers of the vaccine were putting aside $8 per shot to cover legal costs and damages they were paying out to parents of brain damaged children and children who died after vaccination. (The Vine, Issue 7, January 1994, Nambour, Qld)
• In the USA, from July 1990 to November 1993, the US Food and Drug Administration counted a total of 54,072 adverse reactions following vaccination. The FDA admitted that this number represented only 10% of the real total, because most doctors were refusing to report vaccine injuries. In other words, adverse reactions for this period exceeded half a million! (National Vaccine Information Centre, March 2, 1994)
• On November 2nd, 2000, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) announced that its members voted at their 57th annual meeting in St Louis to pass a resolution calling for an end to mandatory childhood vaccines. The resolution passed without a single "no" vote. http://www.wellnesschiro.com/physic...
(Report by Michael Devitt)
Since you dismiss all of the above posted facts, studies and points that I have provided on this thread and can only resort to phony personal insults, we can clearly see that your critical thinking skills really are superior.

In the 1952 polio epidemic alone, nearly 58,000 cases reported in the United States, of which 3,145 died and 21,269 were left with mild to disabling paralysis.
In the 1920s there were an estimated 100,000 to 200,000 cases of diphtheria per year in the United States, causing 13,000 to 15,000 deaths per year.
"Adverse reactions" to vaccinations include pain at the injection site, fever, etc. These are the vast majority of adverse reactions. Serious adverse reactions are extremely rare, and are dwarfed by the number of lives saved by vaccination. But for these benefits to be achieved, everyone must be vaccinated.
Doctors against vaccination are a fringe group akin to scientists that deny climate change. -

By focusing on the rare instances of death, Doctors against vaccination (as well as their followers) try to appear as sane moderates, but their pattern of unfounded fears quickly become obvious:

In reality, there's no reasoning with them. They are just another variety of people who believe in secret government/corporate conspiracies.
Don't get me wrong, our government (and its programs) are far from perfect, but often best way of dealing with such folks is to:
a. offer them help, or.
b. ignore them, or
c. Refer them to an organizing meeting for Ron Paul (a politician on the right who seems to be into such theories) so they can have the validation of friends.
Carnivore, you are doing a good job of ensuring that readers know the true value of vaccines.
By allowing everyone to have a voice, the internet makes it difficult for some readers to know which sources are actually credible ...and which are written by people who spend their lives simply sowing fear.
In addition to potentially causing panic and confusion among susceptible members of population, in this instance (by avoiding vaccines) the "authors" may cause preventable diseases to occur.
...in other instances, such conspiracy theorists just cause people to attribute things the wrong cause.
For example, I know a guy who mistakenly believed he was the subject of an alien anal probe, when -in reality- the cause may have simply been excessive alcohol and insufficient fiber.
Don't laugh!
Trust me, it happens....
