we need a nicer place to raise our children...by june 1st.

hi we are a couple married almost five years with two toddlers one yr and two yrs. old. We are self employed and have been for 4 months i can prove that i reported our income last year. We are in need of a 3 bedroom one bathroom First floor with yard access. i need a first floor as stairs are difficult for me i am also on SSI please we would like a landlord that LOVES their building just as much if not MORE than we would love living IN it. meaning i want repairs done pronto as fast as ya can get them done and not cheap temporary repairs that will need repaired again in weeks. This is the issue we had with our current landlord(slumlord). Im not wanting ANY above first floor because of my disability no exceptions. yard access does not have to be rear it can be side or front. a park nearby does not mean there is a yard... for all you that did that one to me told me ya had a yard and it was ya counting the park on the next block. you know who you are...email me here or i am on AIM jensule1
We dont have parties and we dont use drugs. we smoke cigarettes but outside for our kids and we like to bbq in the summers this is why we want a yard accessible...
