News Helicopter hovering over N Slope really low?

There a helicopter right above the 5th ave, by the Key Foods area. Looks like a news copeter but maybe a police one. Just hovering for a while now (1/2 hour?), really loud because it's staying low. Is something happening?

This rarely happens in this section of town, anyone know why?

edit to add, seems to be looking over at the edge of Flatbush now.
