Hi Anna....Im sorry that you have to sell ....I hope its what you
really want to do thou! Its so sentimental to me to give up a place thats
supposed to be Home Sweet Home! Are you gonna stay in the same
area?
I keep thinking about families that lived on your block back then
My girlfriend Karen Zambri's Sister Sissy lived there with her
husband George in the apartment house on 7 ave side. Then my
other Girlfriend Denise Vasquez's grandmother lived on the 8ave side
small burgandy or red aluminum siding house their last name was
Sanchez. Then I knew Michelle Sicilia-Buscemi who lived around the
corner on 20 st between 7 & 8th the 2nd house up from apartment house!
Then my daughter's hot teacher from Holy Name was Mr. Reilly ...(LOL)
I did door duty with my son Vinny (2) just to check him out! (wink)

What about the Devine's 20st below 7th ave?

Hi Suzie-don't want to sell-have 3 year ARM-up in August..will have "upside down" mortgage so I don't have a choice.Housing market is terrible-and if I don't make a profit-(to put down on something else) I'll have to go into an apt.Who knows-might be a blessing-no worries,no big maintenance-have to look at it that way. Hate to give rent money to LL but just hope I can sell fast!!!Don't know the families you mentioned but I did go to Holy Name School-left there in 1962 and then went to Prospect Heights HS...glad you're feeling better-get out and enjoy the beautiful weather there. Still snowing here-going over to my GF's house for lunch (hope I can get there)...have a great weekend....bye
