blah i hope this isn't the doing of my tenant who i am not renewing lease, she just left not in nyc. she hasn't paid rent in half year. i gave her alot of chances etc.... April is her last month. her (she sublet her rooms to two girls)roommates called to say they have bedbugs. i swear to the gods if its her doing.......just to be spiteful even though i'm letting her off the hook.

she is also the one who complains about the heat, neighbors etc... I hate courts so i decided to let her ride out the lease without paying me.

not publishing address till i get her out of the unit.

dont wait. act now. the dog is only going to tell you if you have them after your try and get rid of them. hes the last call. throw out all mattresses and get an ultaviolet wand. costs a few hundred dollars but well well well worth it. it will stop them from reproducing. kills all dna in them. they are nasty. good luck

We used Absolute Death exterminating in our tenants apt.....not as expensive as others, very thorough and got rid of the little buggers.

well the guy who is coming with the dog tomorrow and if there is any he'll killed them. earliest time i could get them to come.

right now its seems to be localize in one room on the 3rd floor, but i'll have the guy check all the floors and do what ever he needs to get rid of them.

so far i spent about 1k in coverings for the for my tenants that isn't affected yet. hopefully they wont be after the guy comes tomorrow.

my real tenant still haven't call me back. the subleases are okay with me ordering the guys to come tomorrow.

the sublease people didn't know her lease is up. i hope she didn't take their deposit money and ran.
