i imagine most places are, but the only place i'm positive about is the coop.

Any restaurant not open for brunch and pushin' Mimosas from Noon forward is missing out on a big brunch day.
I would imagine that most restaurants would absolutely be open, trying to soak up as much business as they can get. -
