I got a record player recently, and I need to commence spending all my extra money on records.Where do YOU go to buy records?

A lot of my records have been acquired at stoop sales or sidewalk giveaways.
A trip to the Academy Records Annex in Williamsburg would be worthwhile, but only go if you've got a few hours to sift. There are a few other shops in Williamsburg, check'em out if you're there.
I've found a few gems in the little record shop off of 9th St, too (I can't remember if it's on 7th or 5th Ave, and I don't even know that it's still there).
Used to buy new stuff at Virgin, I guess that J&R will fill that void for me. -
I love records too and as far as I can find the closest place in PS is going to the Salvation Army for used ones (the one on Atlantic, the one on Flatbush closed)
I think the little shop of 5th ave around 9th st closed?

Thanks guys. I checked out Earwax in Williamsburg which was the only one I knew of off hand. Bought a couple good reggae albums.

On Union St between 7th and 8th Aves on Saturdays there's often a guy selling vinyl. He chalks the sidewalk to advertise, and will probably be out every weekend now that it's warm.
Whatchoo looking for, and where will you buy a replacement needle?
My turntable has been unhooked for two years.
