    also i was comparing the fear mongering of the vid towards the new red drawn. the vid was saying our chinese overlords etc...

    i actually paid more in property taxes this year vs last has nothing to do with national politics what so ever.

    red drawn was a 80's cult classic film of Russian invasion of america.
    the remake is todays chinese "communist" invasion of america
    vid with tax folks claims obama is doing the bidding of the Chinese overlords and has a photo of chinese stores.
    vincent chin was a chinese american engineer who was killed by 2 white guys for being japanese and the courts left them off lightly. they blame him for america's auto industry problems and former auto workers.

    It's not that I didn't "get" it. I was disagreeing with the premise.

    that fear mongering of chinese by american media? and asians americans in general would suffer as the results of it.

    the 80's and early 90's were not a good time for asian americans. we all got label as japanese and told to go home. I was jump and spit at personally by kids and their parents for stealing their jobs.


    that was my premise.
