hi paul and ellen
nite all
cya in the morning
peters best friend is staying until wednesday
they are putting his mom to rest that day
and then he heads home to florida -
Hi-thanks for the well wishes for my son...I hope I can sell this house fast! (but the market is terrible-it might take a long time) Helen-stick to your guns-do everything at your own pace-Warren-that was a beautiful story you told..Debbie-I also heard no grapefruit juice with the meds you're on...well-after a very long day of decluttering my house, I went out with my girlfriends to a place I haven't been to in 50 years (I know-I'm aging myself here) We went to an outdoor drive-in movie...there are only a handful left in Illinois...the speakers they had were never changed and were from the 50's & 60's. It was weird but had a good time...(even the commercials were dated 1959-how strange is that) Anyway, talk to u tomorrow-good night everyone..............
-

Goodmorning Everyone......
Anna....Im glad you had a good time last night at the Drive-in ...they should
really bring that back....Id go! Why dont you have a big garage sale on
the stuff you dont really need anymore....it might help to de-clutter with cash
coming in. I hope your Son is feeling a whole lot better today
Hi Patsy, Festina and Helen

A LITTLE LAFF TO KEEP YA SMILIN
A woman and a baby were in the doctor's examining room,
Waiting for the doctor to come in for the baby's first exam.
The doctor arrived, and examined the baby,
Checked his weight, and being a little concerned,
Asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed.
'Breast-fed,' she replied.
'Well, strip down to your waist,' the doctor ordered.
She did. He pinched her nipples, pressed, kneaded, and rubbed both breasts for a while in a very professional and detailed examination.
Motioning to her to get dressed, the doctor said,
'No wonder this baby is underweight.
You don't have any milk.'
I know, she said ,
I'm his Grandma,
But I'm glad I came.'

First of all I want to apologize to anyone that I brought sadness to with my life experiences. It was NOT the intent to bring sadness but rather to show how sadness can turn around to gladness with certain events.
I saw that some of you are having a problem with drug/food interactions. If you go to drugdigest.com they have an interaction program whereby you put up all the drugs (perscriptions or over the counter), check off to add food & beverages, and you get a report back telling you not only what interacts with each other but how severe or mild the interaction can be. Best part it is free! I had one drug where you could have Grapefruit but not grapefruit juice. I had another that said you could have grapefruit juice but not grapefruit. Needless to say I avoid both even though I love it, live in Florida where they are grown and I used to have a 1/2 grapefruit every morning for breakfast.
Helen, save some money, pick one of your best friends and go on a cruise! It is the best medicine you can get.

Hi Gang,
Helen, Hang in there, take one day at a time, I know it must be hard on you.
I'm still sick with these allergies. Judy, I think I have the same as you do, my ears are plugged and my throat hurts, according to the news report, it's the pollen from the trees here.
We found out Friday that our dog, Bella, has Lymphoma, she had her first treatment, they took good care of her at the VET school, the Vet including the students are awesome, thanks all for asking about her. Suzie, your little doggie, Macho, is precious, it is hard to get so attached and then lose them.
Anna, So sorry to hear about Joe's accident, and so close to his surgery, hope he has a speedy recovery.
Suzie and Terry, love the pics of your granddaughters! Suzie, I have that same little table for my granddaughter.
Funny story, my grandson went to VA on Amtrak and the first thing he said to me when I asked him how he liked being on the train was that the train is NOT a steam engine, it's diesel cause I kept saying CHOO, CHOO and making the train sounds. LOL !!!!!!!!!! He's only 4 yrs. old!!!!
Have a great week!!! -
