Seeking 4-night vacation rental in FG/CH

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

My father (a retired professor) and his wife are visiting NYC from overseas and I would like to put them up in a clean, comfortable 1 bedroom or studio apartment in the FG/CH area where I live. I put a deposit on a place through Christmas Realty (via the Homeaway/VRBO rental websites), but that turned out to be a colossal waste of time, because even though I gave her a deposit, I found out a week later that her assistant mistakenly booked it to someone else.

Most of the places I've seen online in my price range ($140ish a night) are booked. I am specifically looking for a place from Friday, June 25th to Tuesday, June 29th. Does anyone know of any places for rent/B&B's in the nabe? I called Saddle Down B&B, but the number is disconnected.

Thanks, I've tried airbnb... I was hoping to actually see the place before committing my dad to something... with airbnb you have to give them your credit card and they charge for the entire visit sight unseen. But i might just have to do that in a pinch. Thanks though!
