Anyone know what the deal is with this building? Looks like some kind of cop shop, but it's not a precinct headquarters. I've tried googling it to no avail...

    It's cops, but not a precinct. I think it's just offices.

    Yup. Actually, I've heard detectives. Larger crimes such as rape, robbery and murder are investigated there.

    ...it is not where you go to report a crime.

    Oh, yes. Coppers. Look closely at all the cars parked on the sidewalk, right next to the fire hydrant. Never a ticket.

    brooklyn robbery unit is there. SVU is too, i think. its an auxillary unit, not a full precinct.
