Moving to Beverly Q stop area
Hi, we are thinking about moving to the Beverly Q stop area (E. 16th ST). Any thoughts on safety for a single mom with pre-teen daughter? Would it be wise to go further west? We've been living on the Upper West Side for the past six years but are officially priced out of the neighborhood at this point. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thx.

It's hell down here. Only 3 or 4 buildings in the area have doormen....

Thanks Tybur. That's been super helpful. Anyone else out there? Happy Sunday!

My niece lives on Beverley and Stratford and has no problems, but that is west of the Beverley Rd station, it is a different world

I think looking for a place by prospect park would be a great option. The q train is still there, and your connected to a lot of different parts of brooklyn, stores, restaurants.Just an Idea!

Also try the other side of the park, Windsor Terrace, Kensington
I see listing on the KWTNeighbors Yahoo! group regularly
