Any basis in fact the rumor I heard today that Jay Z is looking to buy the Lyceum?

Not sure, but I did just walk by the Lyceum and saw Jay Z standing outside writing something down in what looked like a checkbook..... Then he shook hands while a guy in a suit handed him a set of keys...
The whole scene was surreal.... Not sure what any of this means. -
