    Hi guys, Well, our little princess arrived Sat. afternoon, her name is Stella Marie and she was 7 lbs, 13 oz and 19 in. long. She is so beautiful, I know my FB friends already saw her pic and thank you all for the congrats wishes!!!! We are so proud and my daughter is doing well. It's a busy time for all of us!!! I need to get caught up on the blog!!

    Patsy, My daughter searched for a long time to find a "different" name that is not that popular anymore and we were all pleased with the name "Stella" I know there are so many couples expecting and they keep the baby's name a secret so the family doesn't torment them if they don't like the name!!! LOL
    Debbie, I LOVED the prom pics, your daughter is absolutely beautiful, I loved her dress, great color for her, does she do any modeling?
    Helen, glad you got to spend time with your family, Bella is so cute.
    Terry, Great and proud pic of your son!!! I love Mia's blue eyes!!!

    Hi Suzie, Yes, she was cleaning and shopping like crazy!!! She went to the hosp. Fri night but they didn' t admit her and then she ended up going back up the following morning. I still need to sit and hear all the details, she's had so many visitors in the hosp and at home, it's hard to talk privately.

    BTW, I would love to tile my bathrooms like your son's, very nice colors. Congrats to his gf on her graduation, a lawyer, huh, great job!!!!!!

    Thanks Jeanette!!! Everyone thinks Stella is a family name but it's not, we are very happy with her name. My other granddaughter is Marisa, which is different too.

    who was living in a convent next to a construction site
    noticed the coarse language of the workers
    and decided to spend some time with them to correct their ways.


    She decided she would take her lunch,
    sit with the workers
    and talk with them.


    She put her sandwich in a brown bag
    and
    walked over to the spot where the men were eating.


    She walked up to the group and with a big smile said:
    "and do you men know Jesus Christ?"


    they shook their heads and looked at each other very confused.


    One of the workers looked up into the steelworks and yelled out,


    "Anybody up there know Jesus Christ?"


    One of the steelworkers yelled down


    'why'?


    The worker yelled back,


    "Cos his wife's here with his lunch"

    Actually getting 3 mins. to myself this morning - it's short-lived to be sure, but I'll take it while I can.

    Yep, it's beach weather today and tomorrow. And, it's Tourist Season *ugh* in Times Square - maybe some of the throngs of tourists will go to the beach (I can only hope...)

    Hi everyone-back at work today-since last Thursday-had a great time with Justin-I'm exhaused-I need a vacation...MaryAnn-Congrats-beautiful name.my daughter Tina's birthday was on Friday,May 21st...sorry about your dog...trying to catch up with the blogs since last week-congrats to Johnathan on his graduation & Katie on her Prom.been 90 degrees the last few days..summer's here! Can't wait for DWTS tonite & A.I.....well-got to get back to work-I'm glad to be back.....missed everyone.......bye.

    Hey Jeanette
    Not going to Zumba my knee all the way down to my foot is killing me...I was doing great and it was helping me to lose. I lost 6 lbs already from watching and doing zumba. having a difficult time finding a good doctor in Manhattan. found one but he does not take my insurance.
    Today i was actually crying from the pain. Can this possibly be arthritis being in pain like an aching pain. i am so desperate. My doctor who did the operation cant take me til july WTF this is crazy
    Going to watch biggest loser and the good wife and rest. Have a good night...

    Terry......is the pain around your knee and down your shin bone??? That's what I've been feeling and someone said it could be a shin splint.....don't know anything about it but I do know people who work out get and that's not me...lol....but definitely you!! Maybe that's it.

    Terry,i think the zumba classes aggravate your condition.....try resting your legs until you can get to the doctor. Its not worth the pain....take it from me....feel better.
