The office is staffed with a mix of members and paid workers. There are no special requirements/tests for getting the office workslot, so...there is no guarantee that the person you're talking to is...sane/smart enough to know when to ask for help.

Maybe try calling the office during a time when they usually run orientations. The members there at that time would be the ones who usually staff the orientations and might be a bit more in the know. Per their website, orientations were every Monday and Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m., every Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m., and every Sunday at 4:00 p.m.

Orientations resume when the contractors finish. When we ask the contractors when they will finish we get blank stares, too much weed, et al.

PSFC will post on website and twitter as soon as the job is done and orientations resume.
