So where did this Dunkin Donuts (located on the corner of 6th and St. Marx) come from? It looks totally out of place. I assume McDonalds is next?

    unless it was a krispy kreme . . .

    and there were fresh hot doughnuts that had just been made and would just melt in your mouth. . .

    I visited the place last Sunday and told the man who helped me how happy I was that there's a Dunkin D in the neighborhood. He then did the impossible: Gave me 4 Free Donuts. I'm now a loyal customer.

    D&D may be a chain, but it's also part of the East Coast; it's not like TGIF or Olive Garden. It hardly exists as move move further into the "heartland."
    I like D&D, though I never really eat their doughnuts 'cause I'd have to spend another day in the gym! But having said that, they sure are tasty!

    Dude, your analogy is one of the weirdest I've seen. Nice job! But remember, Vader turned good at the end, so, will Starbucks redeem itself? Also, Bobo Fet was a clone, are you saying D&D is a clone of something, say... Krispy Kreme

    I still think it sticks out like a sore thumb. Krispy Kremes would have been better - something like the one that used to be on 8th street in village near NYU. You could just stand there and watch that cute lil machine spit out the dough on a conveyer belt - the only thing missing would be Lucy and Ethel :)
