Looking for Women Interested in Frum Yoga Teacher Training

These classes will be held in the Five Towns on long island.

Subject: Women's Yoga Teacher Training

The classes are being held in Cedarhurst. This is the 200 hour certification program. We are currently offering this for women only. The schedule is flexible and we are looking to have classes one day per week from 9 AM to 2PM. Times and days can be changed to help everyone's schedules. We will run the course as long as it takes to reach the hours and the expertise in yoga.

Subject: Yoga teacher training in Cedarhurst

All participants must have been actively involved in yoga for a minimum of 6 months before starting the training. Training includes anatomy and physiology, learning the yoga principles, history of yoga, actual yoga poses, techniques in yoga breathing (pranayama), learning how to assist others into yoga postures, business ethics, and guidelines for setting up a yoga studio. The total cost for certification is $3,300 and payments can be arranged. The instruction will be coming from a team of qualified yoga teachers.
