Hi All,

This is the promised "lnelson leaves Brooklyn to fight injustice old-time lefty style while WhyNot looks on jealously" follow-up to last month's successful Happy Hour. I'm leaving my beloved Brooklyn and moving to the Deep South for an amazing new job Sticking it to The Man, and I'm throwing myself a going-away party this Thursday, July 15.

So come one, come all! Newbies, lurkers, and frequent posters who never come to events invited especially [if your name rhymes with glexichick or consists of 3 capital letters that don't spell a known 3-letter word, I'm talking to you especially!]

Festivities to begin at 8 PM at Weather Up in Prospect Heights, at 589 Vanderbilt between btw Bergen and Dean (closer to Dean). It's a little hard to find....Look for white tile storefront on the north side of the street.

    you have to admit it wasn't wise to use the phrases:

    "coming out"

    "growing"

    and

    "jerk sauce"

    in a sentence. That's total bait for for Flexi and DR. ....the only reason they didn't take it is that they aren't on this thread.

    Hahahaha, well when looked at in that light I can see the hilarity

    Hopefully if it doesn't rain and it's relatively cool I can bike out there.
