A quick update......Kati had a rough day but when we left she seemed better ...thank God!! They definitely won't be sending her home until closer to the end of the week which I'm glad. I'd be afraid to take her home to soon.......good night all. -

Yes Karen I did create it. I have been noticing many regulars on here disappearing from thia blog. Someone will say "Oh I saw him/her on facebook." The idea hit me to write the bit about what might be in 2050. Glad you and others enjoyed it. 8) -

Sad news everyone. Just read in the Staten Island Advance Jospeh Spennato, 34, died yesterday in a motorcycle crash. It was his first ride. I believe this is Guy's son. Says his parents Guy and Darlene. What tragic news. I don't know how to post the article to here but they do have a pic of him if you go to the Staten Island Advance website.

That is terrible. RIP Joseph. I went to school with guy and my Mom grew up with his family in the 40's -

VERY SAD NEWS ABOUT THIS YOUNG MAN GETTING KILLED HIS VERY FIRST TIME RIDING HIS BIKE....I PRAY FOR HIS FAMILY...MAY HE REST IN PEACE......IT ALMOST HAPPENED TO MY SON JOHN SUNDAY....COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED.....BUT GOD AND ANGELS WERE AROUND HIM....HE TO WAS RIDING HIS BIKE SUNDAY MORNING COMING OVER TO VISIT ME....A 85 YEAR OLD WOMAN , MADE A SUDDEN LEFT GOING TO A CHURCH PARKING LOT.....CRASHED INTO MY SON THANK GOD WHE WASENT KILLED.....MABE BECAUSE IT HAPPENED IN FRONT OF GOD HOUSE....HE HAD EMERGENCY
OPERATION ON HIS LEG....THE REST OF HIS BODY BRUISED UP.....AS A MOTHER SEEING YOUR CHILD IN PAIN IN ER....NOT KNOWING WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO HIM....IT SCARES YOU SO MUCH....NOW ITS THE HELLING PROCESS....THANK GOD A MILLION TIMES. !!!!!.....AT LEAST HE HAS THE CHANCE TO HEEL. !!!! -

Hi-sad news about the cyclist...Jeannette-am glad your son is going to be ok...God is watching over him...Debbie-if Kati is not feeling well-and I know this is going to be hard for you-the best place she can be right now is in the hospital being monitored...it will be worse for you if you get her home & she gets sick & you have to take her back in there..my prayers are with you...Hi Patsy& Terry-took today off-not feeling well-haven't been sleeping & went to the Dr.-gave me some Ambien (I'm really afraid to take this stuff-but only 5 mils) in order to get up at 5:30 AM I have to take this by 9 PM & go to bed by 9:30 PM...that's pretty scrary for me-I usually stay up late...but I have to sleep at least 8 hours and I don't know how this is going to make me react tomorrow..so I'll say good night & my prayers go out to everyone.......
