Okay, who set the garbage can on fire?
This morning, at the corner of Dean and Nostrand, I observed burned garbage all over the corner along with the charred city owned garbage can that once held the contents. I hope somebody saw the perpetrator and called the police.
Some may remember me asking who turned over all of the garbage filled (city owned) cans in and around Brower Park. So who is the horse's ass who is having issues with the garbage cans?
Geesh.
