free mic and drum machine on curb

Hi neighbors,
I hope this is the appropriate place to post this.
I'm making some space and just put some music stuff outside my building on the south side of Prospect Place between Franklin and Bedford. (middle of block)
There's a cheap mic (in soft case) with cable; works fine but is not exactly professional grade.
Also, an Alesis SR-16 drum machine that works fine EXCEPT for the LCD screen, which is unpredictable (sometimes works, sometimes not, sometimes requires a bit of fiddling to get it working). Quite annoying, but the sounds are cool.
It's all free and it's all yours if it's still by the gate. Enjoy!
