Great Find for Pilates Yoga
I've started going to Force and Flow Studio for pilates classes and I have to share because it has been such a great experience. The classes are super small and there is a lot of individual attention, which is really great. Ophra takes the time to work with each student and I've seen some amazing benefits from the classes I've taken - I feel more confident in my body, I've had more energy, and I also feel like it's helped me handle stress better. This week I am planning to start attending Ophra's yoga classes and I'm really looking forward to it. She also offers prenatal yoga classes and a variety of bodywork, such as Thai Bodywork and Reiki. Her classes are affordable and are also a nice way to connect with others in the neighborhood! If you've been looking for a small studio to try pilates, yoga, prenatal yoga, etc, I would definitely recommend looking into Force and Flow! Take care!

I've always wondered about this place.
For those interested it's in Crown Heights on Dean St between Franklin and Bedford. -
I would definitely recommend checking it out! She is by far the best instructor I have had. I'm really looking forward to starting yoga classes with her, in addition to the pilates. This is the website, in case you'd like to see the class schedule, etc: shill link Maybe I'll see you in class one day?

MOD NOTE: The person that started this thread is posting from the same IP address as the ophra yoga instructor she mentions (also a member here).
Contrary to her OP here that she "just started going" there, Caroline here also appears to work there, as per her prior post here advertising their classes. In the future, please disclose your connection to the business being discussed and not just post a new thread or comment with a favorable, seemingly 3rd-party review. -
I would just like to clarify the above comment: I do a work-study program for Ophra, as she offers this and other opportunities for trades for her students to make her classes and workshops as affordable and accessible as possible to all. I was eager to write because I have found working with Ophra for the last month or so a great opportunity and I truly enjoy her classes and her teaching style. My original post came out of a desire to share my enthusiasm about this studio with others, and I apologize for any misuse of forum space.

go to Shambala instead-- they don't need to shill to get people in the door. they just get good teachers and have been around by 8 years now.
