What a cool space that would be. I'd love to see this come to fruition. They have an October 1st deadline. I wonder what other community appeals they have put out. It seems like this would be an idea welcomed by the community.
And what a story--losing the old place and all that work, what a nightmare. I am glad he's giving it another go.
