These people are wonderful framers but they have difficulty doing business. It is impossible to get a cost breakdown or a timely response to specific questions by phone or e-mail. They have a "my way or the highway" attitude. I got long e-mails with excuses and never any answers to my questions. It is as though everything is a personal issue rather than a simple business transaction. Bring a social worker and a blank check with you if you want to work with these people. :(

    I've had good transactions with framing projects using Frame it in Brooklyn

    So you joined Brooklynian just to complain about a business when you could have chosen to not deal with them?

    Sounds like they did a wonderful job of framing your picture, so what's the problem?

    Seems like not the greatest motivation to register on any site.

    You had a a bad experience with a business in the hood.. you don't actually complain and try to rectify the situation.. you find a site on the internet where you can complain about the experience (giving very little detail).. What is wrong with this picture?
