Well to say I'm stressed out is an understatement......I'm ready to pull my hair out with so much shit going on. But I'm hoping for better days ahead......BTW still no renter and when the guy started working to patch up a few things upstairs he needed to break the walls down between the front windows.....apparently it's been leaking and there was quite a bit of damage. So there goes more money into this money pit!!!!

Suzie.......sorry about mom and sorry I missed you. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
