got ran into this morning on 8ave.

idiot in front of me made a sudden stop he almost finish turning, but decided to let some old folks cross even though they were pretty far away. idiot behind me wasn't paying attention.

so idiot behind me runs into back of my car. well i took a look no real damages and i let dude go. but now my back kinda hurts.

    That sucks AW, back injuries are horrible. Take my advice, get a hot water bottle or heating pad on that asap and rest flat. Take ibuprofen as it reduces inflammation (asprin does not do that). Hot compress and keep the pain killers going. If it doesn't feel better in a day or two see your doctor.

    AW, if it continues to hurt you might be better off seeing a good chiropractor than a good doctor. I recently saw a Park Slope chiropractor named Dr. Karen A. Thomas
    (www.parkslopechiropractor.com/) for my then-serious back problem. She was terrific. My back is fine now.

    That sucks. Adrenaline kicks in and you feel nothing until you settle down. I hope you feel better.

    This is the pure truth. ^^
    It does take time to settle down and realize how bad you feel. I remember twisting my ankle and thinking "oh I'll just walk it off, I'm fine."

    The next morning my ankle was 3x its size, and I couldn't put ANY pressure on it. Lesson learned.
