Ey Witness News filming on 7th Ave and 14th St?

I was coming home yesterday and crossing 7th Ave at 14th St around 12:45 and there was an Eye Witness news van on 7th between 13th and 14th and a camera crew setting up with the cameras pointing toward 14th St. I live on 14th between 7th and 8th and was unaware of anything newsworthy going on yesterday afternoon. However, I was just returning from a weekend away so I may have missed something, and had to leave to get to work before getting to see what they were specifically going to be filming. This area didn't have any tornado damage at all, so it couldn't have been that. Anyone know what was going on, or see the news story?

Subject: NY1

NY1 did a story - with Roger Clark (love!) - about some Tennessee super duper firefighter dudes helping to clean up the park. Tennessee dudes sound like they really helped clean up the downed trees. Roger was on 8th Ave - and probably 14thish - broadcasting with the Parks folks.

As least Roger was able to maintain his dignity more than other mornings...
