should she be charge with attempted rape or something? don't look at her pic!!

According to investigators, Williams--who lives four doors down from her estranged husband at the 77 Motor Inn--showed up at his door and asked Danny Williams and another man to “eat my pussy.” At this point, Williams, pictured in the mug shot at right, “commenced to undress herself,” reported Deputy Ross Mellinger.

While Danny Williams “declined said invitation,” the other man, Adam Watson, told cops that he “agreed to perform at her request.” However, as Watson approached Williams, “he became overwhelmed by horrible vaginal odor emitting from Melissa Williams.” Watson, understandably, “declined to proceed any further.”

This is when Melissa Williams allegedly “produced a lock-back folding knife,” opened it, and pointed the weapon at her estranged husband. She then reportedly uttered a line never before memorialized in a police report: “Somebody is going to eat my pussy or I’m going to cut your fucking throat.”

  • Seriously, Armchair- what's your point in posting this? It's disgusting and not relevant to anything- did this even happen in Brooklyn??? Just because it's the freakin' lounge doesn't mean you should post anything/everything you see online.

  • Armchair, this is the funniest thing you've ever posted! Maybe some local theater troupe could build a work around, perhaps featuring some of Karl's poetry. How about it, Karl?

  • Whether it is rape/sexual assault depends on the law in the particular jurisdiction. In many jurisdictions, sexual assault law is framed in gender neutral language and basically obtaining "consent" to sexual relations by violence or threat of violence is not valid consent and the perpetrator is guilty of an offense. It is also clear from the several female teachers that have been charged with sexual assault of a minor, that any adult having sexual contact with a minor is guilty of an offense.

In my view, the gender of the perpetrator and victim are not relevant, if the perpetrator uses the threat of violence to get the victim to have sex with him/her, the perpetrator is guilty of sexual assault.

"Rape" is a common law term that many jurisdictions no longer use in their legislation. Under the common law a woman could not rape a man, and a man could not rape his wife. That's why legislators prefer to use "sexual assault".
