NYC to Lose Sanctuary City status in 2013?

well, there is no way that the are going to deport the estimated 20% of NYC that is undocumented.

....this seems to be more of a random risk of being deported as a result of committing some petty crime. If implemented, it would be incredibly disruptive and breed lots of fear of the police.

So yea, your delivery guy could spend his life being justly afraid of random deportation, but they don't seem to have the funds or infrastructure to deport people on a large scale. (yet?)
