Borders of Crown Heights...
Last weekend I started a small project to map neighborhoods by block. Interesting results so far for Crown Heights and Prospect Heights... Some people seem optimistic about the eastern edge of PH.

(Check out brooklyn.whichhood.org to contribute. Although only a few hundred blocks have been mapped so far, the long term goal is to create boundaries and make these freely available for anyone to use for local news, mapping, and other projects. Once more blocks have been named it will be interesting to identify the locations where there are differences in naming).

Amusing that I live just east of Franklin, and my block is indicated on the Prospect Heights map. Couldn't be further from the truth. -
