Robotripping

At least on my book it's below "bottom feeding"
I haven't done it and have not intention to do, I'm not saying is worst then crack, meth....... but it is the cheapest one and you can get it at home depot. All the people I know who do that are homeless. (Nothing against homelessness) -
I had to look this one up on Wikipedia. I've heard it referred to as "Tussing" before. -
"Making it a Tussin Night" is the term I knew years! ago. It was for messed up kids that were too poor or too young to afford booze. -
....the dregs of my high school occasionally would go "tussing", but more often would suck the nitrous oxide from whip cream cans and then simply put them back on the shelf. (a technique now thwarted by better packaging).
Liquid paper, model glue and permanent markers were for the folks who were in and of detention.
....at least that's how it was in my high schools, 1983 - 1987 -
Whippits are still in full-effect, whynot (at least they were when I was in highschool)
Robotripping has been made difficult by the addition of a nausea-inducing additive in most liquid DXM containing cough suppressants. Trying to chug tussin will make one puke for hours- there are methods to try to get past this but and keep it down, but in my experience the kids would rather bypass the whole super-market high and buy regular, illicit drugs to get effed up. Its easier, just as readily available and often just as cheap.
And this is coming from someone who used Erowid as an instruction manual in the late 90s. -
well at least it's not The Choking Game, I suppose
