3 washing machines later, and this one its only 5 months old. they sent two replacment parts and it should be two different parts, instead the company sent two same parts. argggg and this washing machine been out almost a month!!! first the service company took too long to order the replacement parts. so after a while, this week i got sick of waiting, order the parts myself over nighted. came and the service guys took a look and goes oh same parts. argggggggggggggggggggggggggg

never had luck with the washing machines in the building. all the machines broke after their warranty ran out literally right on the dot of a year :(.

    lol jack ass, its not in their lease, i provide it free of use. and if they actually done anything like you suggested i would never renewal the lease destroy any landlord tenant trust.

    its not a adversarial thing for me and my tenants if any of my tenants were like you, i wouldn't want them around. jackasstry isn't necessary, life is hard enough. everyone should try to get along except for folks like you trying to make everyone out to be a enemy.

    And how have you not destroyed what you call "landlord tenant trust" by not fixing a washing machine in a timely manner? What do you do? Whine to your tenants what a victim you are of the washing machine company?

    service company screw up, it was out of my hands man, then the parts company screw up too by getting me the same part twice.

    the service company was suppose to fix the damn thing within 10 business days. they kept making excuses the parts were ordered etc... after 10 business days i just order the parts myself and as you know they sent wrong parts.

    majority of my tenants are tenants friends etc... i rarely have new tenants that are not recommended by people who don't live there before.

    I live life with the Confucian rule treat others like you want to be treated.

    :p it gives me something to do also i can't charge people like late rent or for bounce checks etc.. thats kinda mean, if its out of their hands.
