OK, the photo backgrounds are live now:

All the photo "excerpts" have attribution links that link back to the original source. I tried to stick to using photos from "Friends of Brooklynian" (and folks who use the Brooklynian pool on Flickr), but really anybody can recommend a photo.

Now... we need photos! We can easily populate these, but it would be better if they came direct from you. So feel free to suggest one of your own photos for any of the forum listings: http://brooklynian.com/forum/brooklyn-photos/#postform

The next step is to display a bigger version of the banner on the home page of the forum, e.g., the Park Slope page will have a bigger and more recognizable picture of Bob Makla. Will also try to incorporate the excerpt into each individual thread page.
