Need in home tech assistance with Wii internet connection

I've spent at least 7 hours this week trying to connect my Wii to the internet without success. Have resigned myself to the need for at home assistance. I have a Mac and an Apple Airport Extreme.

Anyone have a resonably priced tech guy they can recommend? Geek Squad charges are ridiculous.

  • Do you have Apple Care? I had the same problem this week and Apple Care helped me in less than 5 minutes

  • I recommend Terry Dolphin of mac setup - his number is 718-499-0942.

  • It should be a straight forward setup.

Make sure the Wii is set to use DHCP. If your using wireless make sure your passwords are correct and your Wii is using the right encryption (most likely will be WPA)

Shouldn't have to go into the Extreme if you already have a connection.
