Broken glass all over Washington?

Broken glass on Washington is nothing to write home about, but this was not the pile of shattered glass from a smashed-in car window. When I emerged from the C at Clinton-Washington at around 9pm tonight, there was shattered glass carpeting Washington Ave, across the whole street, just south of Fulton. Anyone have any idea what it was from?

I noticed a lot of broken windows in the area lately.

We had a first floor window broken by someone Monday night. I don't know if it was random or if someone had it out for my tenant but it's sounding like this may not be an isolated incident.

A police report was filed.
