All are invited to participate in the 10th Annual No Pants Subway Ride. The event will take place at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 9.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:

1) Willing to take pants off on subway

2) Able to keep a straight face about it

  • I love how these people are under the belief they can actually decide who's allowed to ride the subway. Like the media would listen to that - if for some reason they actually wanted to report on it.

    I'm going to go - and put on an extra pair of pants.

  • I enjoy theater, and improve can be fun. This is simply not either, nor fun. I hate when others take advantage of mass transit riders. Like the dozens of people trying to sell me candy EVERY DAY (some can be a bit aggressive,) Or the people pushing religion, or the guys who just decided that one particular dude looked homosexual and decided to harass and physically assault him.

    We are all "trapped" for a certain amount of time when we ride the train or hop on a bus. I realize that wearing your underwear isn't in the same realm as robbing people on the Q because they have no way to escape, but it's forcing your sense of humor on people that can't escape.

    I can imagine that parents of young children could have some issues with this. I do, I'm not thrilled with the possibility of having some guy's junk hovering inches away from my nose with only a thin barrier of cotton between the two.
