Looking for studio/1 bdrm. in Crown Heights or South Slope
Hello Forums,
My name is Abel and I am looking for a place to live in your lovely borough.
I currently live in Harlem, and I would like to relocate.
What I'm looking for: A studio or a 1 bedroom in Crown Heights (west of Franklin) or in South Slope. My budget is $1K - $1,300 depending on what I can find.
I am twenty seven, I work in film, and as a tenant I'm very quiet.
Hope you're out there.

Hi Abel,
I am looking for someone to rent my lovely 2 bedroom apartment. I have to move back to New Mexico to help my family and reluctantly have to leave a wonderful place to live! Right now there is one other person who has one of the 2 bedrooms but she is leaving in June and you could take over the entire lease (at $1400 a month) and have 1000 sqF all to yourself!I am looking to find a renter for my current apartment for the first of February. The apartment for rent is the top floor of a limestone - about 1000 SqF - filled with light and lots of space. My friends/ landlords live on the bottom two floors and are busy renovating and making the building beautiful. They have an adorable one year old and enjoy taking him to the park nearby on Park and Kingston or to the Brooklyn Children's Museum.
The apartment has a large master bedroom with a small built in closet. It overlooks the giant backyard that is shared with the downstairs apartment. There is a middle room with a large skylight and filled with natural light (about 12'x12') that has closets built in along one entire wall. There is also a smaller room on the other side of the living room that has a nice window and a small closet that has served as a bedroom before or could be an office.
The kitchen is sunny and has room for a small table or extra counter space. The living room and dining room are together but separate through original wood work. Overall the apartment is wonderful. It is filled with natural daylight and very private. The landlords are kind and wonderful people. The neighborhood is good - where most people on the street own their homes, know each other and say hello. Kids are always out playing in the summer time. If I wasn't leaving NYC I would live here forever!
I am attaching pictures of the apartment. Pictures 47 - 49 are of the master bedroom. #49 is looking at the door to the middle room and also at the door that goes to a hallway where the bathroom and kitchen are. If you are interested please email or give me (Stephanie) a call at:
206-931-9723.You can email the landlords Chris Perry and Keri Cavanaugh as well.

That is the craigs list ad I just put up. I can email you some more pictures if you would like them - or come by anytime this week to see the apartment.
Sincerely,
Stephanie -

I am not a broker, I just live in the building and I want my neighbors to be good people...
