tailor for zipper
So I got this awesome skirt on final sale clearance and failed to notice that the zipper is broken. Which tailor should I take it to for zipper rethreading? South Slope preferred but not required. Thanks!

Most dry cleaners can just replace the zipper. If you are not a total klutz, you can even do it yourself with some patience.

I have had some zipper issues lately and I looked on youtube for help. Do a search for " how to repair a broken zipper," and you will see lots of videos. Sometimes all you have to do is squeeze the slider a bit. It seems that unless the track is broken, it isn't all that difficult to repair a zipper without replacing it. I have spent some time with a couple of broken zippers and I have had some limited success. In any case it is worth at least trying to fix the zipper yourself.
