You're very welcome Suzie. Glad you dropped it back off before the next snowstorm....lol I had to reschedule Kati's appt. for March 3rd....doc will only be in the Manhattan office 2x in Feb. She's feeling good so i'm not worried.

Hi Guys,

I know this blog has been slow lately, but some of us are busy!!!

Well I spend my Saturday in the Emergency room with my husband. When I came home from work yesterday he told me that he had such terrible pains in his chest, he thought he had a heart attack, but did he want to go the hospital, NO OF COURSE NOT, but when he woke up this morning he still was not feeling good, so he told me to take him to the hospital. They took all kinds of test, but so far they all came back ok, and they did not think he had a heart attack, they wanted to do a stress test, but they don't do them over the weekend, so they really wanted him to stay, but of course he refused. They told him he can come home, but complete rest until he has a stress test. So we have an appointment Monday morning with a Cardiologist and they will then send him for a stress test. He probably has a clogged artery. We will find out next week.

Sorry I have not been on that much lately, but between my job and home live, things just get a little crazy.

Hey Judy, Back in November we returned from a cruise and that very day Carol had me take her to the Hospital for pressure in her chest, over her shoulder and into her back. It was a Sunday. I was very surprised when the emergency room Doctor offered to admit her after doing blood tests and examining her. The blood work showed no evidence of a heart attack but he was not satisfied that everything was okay. He said she could go home and on Monday call her Doctor to make arrangements for a stress test etc: but if she stayed they would start everything that day. Sure enough, she elected to stay and they did several tests on Sunday including the first part of the stress test. She also had a Cardiologist check her out that day. They finished the tests Monday am which included an Ultra Sound and a Cat scan and she was home Monday evening. I was very amazed at how much was accomplished on Sunday. By the way all tests were negative and now we are thinking that the pressure (she still gets attacks) is from the Osteoporosis pill she takes which has now been found to cause esophagus problems with the same symptoms Carol gets. It is amazing. You take a drug to cure one problem and it causes another. For years Florida was considered backwards when it came to medical attention but now it looks like Florida is jumping ahead by doing tests as soon as they appear necessary regardless of the day or time. Last year I went in for dizzyness etc: and they did a Cat Scan 3:00am. Amazing. I hope your hubby's tests show nothing serious and you can get on with your lives with the knowledge that he has been checked out for serious problems...

Warren, I too was so surprised that they do not offer these tests on the weekend, kinda crazy isn't it!!!

Well he is just resting today, of course you know men, the doctor said "do not do anything streneous, so of course he hasn't moved off the f%&%g couch all day....LOL LOL

He wanted to know if I was going to make him macaroni and meatballs, because you know, he said, it could be my last meal.......Well if I would of known that I would of made that meal last Sunday...LOL LOL LOL He is such a pest....so of course I made him a nice dinner and he is back on the couch!!!

And to top the day off, I needed something in the basement so of course instead of normal people tripping down the stairs, I always seem to trip going back up, I stubbed my toe so bad, I think I broke it, it is killing me. I am going to relax and watch some TV.
