Really? Do you get it as take-out, eat-in, or delivery? Mine has always been really really soggy. Although, that's the spinach pie -- do they have spanokopita too? I do not have the patience to make my own...filo is one thing I refuse to touch in the kitchen.

I guess that's true -- my grandmother growing up certainly made a distinction - one had filling divided up in triangles completely covered in filo and the other was more lasagna-y and a layered pie that was cut. But that's true - they are the same ingredients, etc.

I'll try the oven thing - I just usually order take-out because I don't want to go out to eat and now I'll have to take it out of the container, dirty a dish, heat up the oven, etc... I know, what a horrible task for a meal, but still. At that point I might as well just make my own dinner.
