Good Drop Off Laundry with Pick Up and Delivery Service?

Hi all

I am looking for a good drop off laundry that also has pick up and delivery service. It should be one that delivers to Crown Heights. (Please no comments on my being a hipster as I couldnt be farther from that description. And no I dont let anyone but me wash the unmentionables).

I have used Island Bubbles in the past and thought the staff were nice and that they did a decent job on my laundry. That was until they "lost" or "maybe donated" a bag of my laundry.

I have also used Bubbleworks. They did a great job cleaning my clothes but they have poor service and kept overcharging me. I called and left messages for management and never got a return call.

So anybody have recommendations for a good laundry service? It doesnt have to be local to Crown Heights ( though thats a plus)

    This post was split off into "Who does your laundry?" because I was getting righteous indignation instead of helpful advice.

    Anyway I decided to comb other neighborhoods on Brooklynian to find suggestions. One name that kept getting mentioned was Joe's Laundry Service #(646) 220-2220 which might be based in Ditmas Park and serves the whole borough. I called today and the owner Joe picked up and he was extremely pleasant, asked about if I had any allergies or special instructions and scheduled a pick for later today. They have short pickup windows and said they will place a courtesy call to reconfirm that they are coming. They take payment on delivery (cash/check) and will drop off my laundry the next day. Not bad for 95 cents a pound.

    Will keep you posted on how this company does over the long haul.

    I have had Joe's do my laundry for about 3-4 BIG loads. They were all great except for the last one where a few of the hand towels werent done well ( everything else was done perfectly). I called and spoke to Joe and he offered to make it right and would come pick them and wash them free of charge. So outside of that small blip its going well.
