Purse Snatcher near shuttle train gets caught by neighbors
Does anyone know details of the guy who snatched a woman's purse near the shuttle train a few days ago in broad daylight, and some men nearby heard her cry for help, chased the guy and caught him, held him until the police came? I heard they gave out a bit of old fashioned justice before the cops came, but would love to know how true this story is and details. I LOVE when neighbors refuse to look the other way and come together to help each other to be safe.

In Chennai they'd have thrown him under the next train and the Police would have done nothing. He's lucky he's in New York.

I live right next door to the shuttle entrance and didn't see/ hear anything about this. Which doesn't mean it didn't happen, of course...
