    Judy we are both going through the same thing

    My Doc is giving me till April to lose 20 pds

    or she is putting me on Diabetes medication.

    Ive been trying to eat right and I started

    walking again. She said something about my

    number is in the (6's) not sure what that means!

    Good luck and lets try to stay with it!

    THATS RIGHT JUDY I HAVE BEEN OFF INSULIN SINCE NOVEMBER

    MY SUGER HAS BEEN AT A NORMAL LEVAL SINCE JULY I TEST IT 4 TIMES A DAY IF YOU STUDY THE BOOKS OUT THERE AND DO WHAT YOU MUST DO IT WORKS

    THE START OF THIS IS TO LOSS WEIGHT AND SINCE THE LAST I SAW YOU GUY THEN 310 LBS TILL NOW I'VE LOST 93 LBS I AM NOW 218 LBS SO IT CAN BE DONE I DID IT

    THE GUY THAT PEOPLE THINK IS NOT TOO BRIGHT

    CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT A SMART GIRL LIKE YOURSELF CAN DO

    NEW BATTERIES AND A COMPLET OVERHAUL

    SO IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE I GO AND WALK BACK AND FORTH

    Hi Guys, First of all Anthony 93 lbs wow you are some inspiration..and don't ever say you are not bright....you are the one of the most loveable, and interesting people on here....always has great ideas for everyone....keep up the good work.

    Suzie...my numbers started out at 6 and now they are 8, that is when my doctor called me in and said to get my ass on medication...lol....so far I am doing good, I am sticking to a diet.....its a shame but when I first started last week, I realized that I have no even tried to diet in sooooo long, what a shame....I really have to put my mind and heart to this, because it is not easy.....

    Well it is going to be so nice out today...enjoy..have a nice day.

    Suzie - I did not know what the numbers meant either, so when I went to see her, I asked about it and I said to her forget the chart you have....if I took my blood right now with the diabetic machine what would it read and she said over 300, thats when it hit me and I know that is not a good number....I keep forgetting when I go to my moms to take my blood with her machine...I will do that this weekend and see what the numbers are....but I have to tell, whether it is just in my head, but I have been on the medication for a week now and I don't feel as tired.....I have been feeling so tired lately I knew something was not right.....so watch those numbers....and good luck, I know it is not easy....

    Been working on the condo so just been seeing the Leone, Ramasanto and Surato cousins so far. We are staying with Ralphie so we get together with the others all the time.Geri I will see soon.

    Can not believe I will be here a week tomorrow. God only knows what my house looks like.Jonathan will water my plants and clean the day before he knows we are coming home. lol
